An Intelligent Optimization Method of Reinforcing Bar Cutting for Construction Site

چکیده

To meet the requirements of specifications, intelligent optimization steel bar blanking can improve resource utilization and promote development sustainable construction. As one most important building materials in construction engineering, reinforcing bars (rebar) account for more than 30% cost civil engineering. A significant amount cutting waste is generated during phase. Excessive increases costs generates a considerable COCO2 emission. This study aimed to develop an algorithm that be used engineering realize In proposed algorithm, integer linear programming was applied solve problem. It combined with statistical method, greedy strategy introduced, method determining dynamic critical threshold developed ensure accuracy large-scale data calculation. The verified through case study; results confirmed rebar loss rate reduced by 9.124% compared traditional distributed processing bars, reducing CO2 emissions saving costs. scale project increases, calculation quality also while maintaining high efficiency. When this are practice, they as foundation informatization development.
